Mr. Ramesh Sampangi, the founder and Managing director of Sampangi Realty and Infrastructure Private Limited, received the Mahatma Gandhi Seva Ratna Award 2023 from the International Human Development University. The award is given to people or institutions who have rendered exemplary service to society based on the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi. The felicitation ceremony was held in Goa and was attended by eminent personalities from various fields. Mr. Ramesh Sampangi expressed his gratitude and dedicated the award to his team and his customers who have supported his vision of creating sustainable and affordable housing for all.
It is a moment of great pride and joy for the entire team of Sampangi Infra to announce that our founder and director, Mr. Suresh Sampangi, has been honoured with the prestigious award of National Youngest Entrepreneurs at the National Achievers Recognition Forum in New Delhi and Mr. Ramesh Sampangi was honoured with the National Achiver in real estate business award. The awards were presented by Shri. Ram Nivas Goel, the Speaker of Delhi Legislative Assembly, at the Constitution Club on 25th May 2023.
This award is a recognition of Mr Ramesh Sampangi and Mr. Suresh Sampangi's vision, leadership and innovation in the real estate industry. They have been instrumental in developing several residential and farm land projects in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with a focus on quality, affordability and customer satisfaction. As a team they have also been a pioneers in introducing Date Palm cultivation in Narayankhed, which has generated income and employment for many farmers.
